For centuries, Nottinghamshire's Major Oak stood as a symbol of strength, shelter and resilience. But as the legendary canopy of Robin Hood's favourite tree finally falls silent, it leaves behind a powerful reminder: nothing lasts forever, and we all eventually need something strong to lean on.

While Sherwood Forest loses a giant, a new canopy is forming elsewhere.

We started this group with a crystal clear mission: to support men's mental health. In a world where guys are often told to bottle things up, mask their stress, or "man up", we are tearing down the walls.
